Redditch Co-operative Homes sponsors important community event
Redditch Co-operative Homes are excited to announce their sponsorship of this year’s Chinese New Year celebrations.
A special event to mark the year of the Dragon will see one of the UK’s top Chinese Lion Dance Teams, Choy Lee Fut, performing at Redditch’s Palace Theatre on Sunday 12 February. Ticketholders will also enjoy a performance by traditional dancers from Manchester’s Chinese Centre.
Stalls selling a variety of Chinese goods will be open at the theatre before the performance begins at 3pm.
Carl Taylor, Director of Redditch Co-operative Homes, said: “We are delighted to support the Chinese New Year celebrations in Redditch. It is a fantastic event that reaches far beyond the Chinese community and helps to build co-operation in the town.”
Tickets are available from the Palace Theatre, priced at £5 per adult and £3 per child, with family tickets for two adults and two children priced at £14. For more information or to book tickets, call 01527 65 203.
