Breedon Co-operative

Breedon Housing Co-operative covers the Lakeside area of the town, also formerly known as Breedon. Lakeside is part of the Lodge Park ward.

The Co-operative currently manages 56 properties. Properties are concentrated on three schemes. A small number of other properties are also located in the area. The main schemes are currently focused around Sillins Avenue. The main management areas are Breedon Gardens, Margaret Llewelyn Davies Close and Ken Somner Gardens. In addition, there are a small number of bought properties in the area.

Breedon Gardens is a development of 33 two-bedroom bungalows. These developments are suitable for tenants over 60 years of age.

Margaret Llewelyn Davies Close is a development of two, three and four-bedroom homes. There are 12 properties to rent and eight shared ownership units. In addition, the Co-operative manages three bought properties in the area. The properties are suitable for households with children.
